How does the reputation system work?
In our reputation program, we have different tiers to recognize and reward our members based on their level of engagement and trustworthiness. Becoming a Bronze member is as simple as validating your email address, which not only helps us stay connected but also confirms your commitment to our community. If you go a step further and validate both your email and phone number, you'll be upgraded to a Silver membership, signifying an even higher level of trust. However, our most esteemed tier is the Gold membership, reserved for those who validate their email, phone number, and identification. This triple validation not only demonstrates your dedication but also assures us of your identity. Your membership level reflects not only your loyalty but also your commitment to ensuring a safe and authentic community for all our members.
How can I get more listings?

Listing packages are available for property managers who need multiple slots:

  • 5 listings — $9.99/mo
  • 10 listings — $19.99/mo
  • 20 listings — $29.99/mo
How can I get more views for my listings?

Boosts move your listing higher in search results for a set period:

  • Bronze — 7 days @ $4.99
  • Silver — 14 days @ $9.99
  • Gold — 30 days @ $14.99
What happens if I find a room or rent a room before the boosting runs out?
If the listing is taken before the boost runs out you may apply the boosting to a new listing. The boost will be valid until the boosting allotted time runs out. So, if a listing has been fulfilled the best approach is to immediately apply it to another listing.
What happens if my membership runs out or is cancelled before the boosting runs out?
Boosting is always applied to the listing whether you have an active membership or not.
Can I upload any kind of photo?
No, we inspect all photos. We recommend uploading photos of yourself or the residence you are listing. Any other photos or images will be rejected. If it is a profile image that was removed your account will be put on hold or hidden until you upload a new image. Duplicate photos will also be removed.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime. If you currently have a membership you can go to the membership page.
